The Lima Major will start on February 22, 2023. 4D Esports has previously also organized the regional qualifiers from the DPC SA 2021/2022 season. This year started with the Winter Tour, which culminates in the Lima Major, to be organized by 4D Esports. The 2023 Dota Pro Circuit is well under way and we’re already headed to the first Major of the year. Support your favorite DPC teams! The first Tour of the next Dota Pro Circuit season has kicked off and along with it comes season-long Fantasy play. Road to TI 2023: Lima, Berlin, and Bali Majors The rest of the playoffs will be played in Bo3. The Lima Major Grand Finals, which is set to be on March 5, 2023, will be a Bo5 series. Six teams in total, three from each group, will be eliminated in the Group Stage. The top four teams of each group will start at the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the fifth and six teams of each group will start at the lower bracket. Group B: beastcoast, BetBoom Team, Entity, Geek Slate, HellRaisers, Knights, Shopify Rebellion, Team Aster, Team Liquid Group A: EHOME, Evil Geniuses, Execration, Gaimin Gladiators, PSG.LGD, Talon Esports, Team Spirit, TSM, Tundra Esports Sbastien Debs, a retired French pro Dota 2 player, returns from retirement to step in for an ESL One Stockholm Major. The two teams will be divided into two teams of nine for the group stages, wherein each team will be competing against each other team in their own group in a Bo2 match each. The tournament will be featuring eighteen teams that qualified through the regional season and will be competing in a two-stage tournament for the grand prize of $500,000. The Lima Major, the first of the three Majors to commence, is almost upon us. Lima Major Primer: Participants, Format, and Prize Structure As we’re headed for the first of the three, we are now ready for the Lima Major towards the end of this Winter Season. This year, DPC 2023 will be bringing the Dota Major to Berlin, Germany, to Lima, Peru, and to Bali, Indonesia, in a DPC World Tour of sorts this year.
